  2. How can I access the password-protected content on FreddieMac.com?

    If you are a Freddie Mac Multifamily Optigo® lender, you may access password-protected documents and files on FreddieMac.com by obtaining a username and password that can be provided by your company's system administrator. To access the Seller/Servicer Guide on AllRegs®, new users should contact their system administrators to receive a subscriber ID. Next, go to AllRegs® to register by entering your email address. You will then receive a message requesting your subscriber ID. Once this registration process is completed, you will receive an AllRegs password.

  3. How do I get a copy of the Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide?

    Anyone can access the Guide on AllRegs by using the log in button on the Guide and Forms page.

    Additionally, if your company has a subscription to AllRegs, you can access the subscription version at AllRegs.com.

    To receive emails on Multifamily news, updates, alerts and training opportunities, register using our Multifamily Email Preference Center. To opt-in, provide us with basic contact information and subscribe to the news topics that you would like to receive on a regular basis.

    To change your subscription categories or unsubscribe, simply click on “Manage Your Email Preferences" or "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of your most recent Freddie Mac Multifamily email.

As a Freddie Mac system administrator, your role is to grant and terminate users’ access to various systems, as well as to assign and manage rights. Use the application and materials below to help you with your management tasks.

System Administrators Technical Documentation

Verification

In addition to your access management role, system administrators must also complete and submit Form 1148, System User Verification and Certification pdf, every six months to certify to Freddie Mac that each user granted access to a software application is a current employee of or vendor for the Lender, and that all user contact information is correct.

Note: In addition, an authorized officer must complete and submit Form 1149, System Administrator Verification and Certification pdf, every six months to certify to Freddie Mac that each of the current system administrators is a current employee of or vendor for the lender with appropriate application access and authority.
