    Freddie Mac offers a free version of AllRegs via for access to the Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide.

    If your company has a paid subscription to AllRegs, you can access the Guide and additional materials all in one place. The additional materials include the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide, Fannie Mae Guides and FHA, Treasury, VA, Ginnie Mae and HUD requirements.

  4. Can I place personal notes within the body of the Guide?

    Yes, via the subscription version of AllRegs. There you may make two types of notes available in the online version of the Guide, "Private" and "Public." Only you can see private notes, while public notes can be viewed by everyone in your organization. Click on the "Notes" tab in the Guide for instructions on how to use this feature.

  5. I get a lot of results when I search for something on AllRegs. Is there any way to filter my results?

    Yes, you can filter results. Use the “All Content” drop-down menu next to the search field. You can then filter by Guide content and choose to include old content.

    Additionally, if you select “Options” underneath the search field, you can choose to find synonyms, match all words, match any words, or match exact phrase. If you know the exact term you are looking for and want the least results, choose “match exact phrase.”

  6. How can I tell what's changed in the Guide?

    Freddie Mac publishes a Guide Bulletin each time there are changes to the Guide chapters, forms, and exhibits. Guide Bulletin cover letters explain the changes; these cover letters can be accessed these cover letters can be accessed at and via AllRegs.
