Yes, via the subscription version of AllRegs. There you may make two types of notes available in the online version of the Guide, "Private" and "Public." Only you can see private notes, while public notes can be viewed by everyone in your organization. Click on the "Notes" tab in the Guide for instructions on how to use this feature. If these options are not available, reach out to your organization’s AllRegs System Administrator.

Yes, you can filter results. Use the “Advanced Search” drop-down menu next to the search field. You can then filter by Guide content.

Additionally, if you select “Options” underneath the search field, you can choose to find synonyms, match all words, match any words, or match exact phrase. If you know the exact term you are looking for and want the least results, choose “match exact phrase.”

Freddie Mac publishes a Guide Bulletin each time there are changes to the Guide chapters, forms, and exhibits. Guide Bulletins explain the changes. Freddie Mac also publishes Guide Updates Spreadsheets, which list Guide impacts associated with the changes announced in the Bulletins. The Bulletins and corresponding Guide Updates Spreadsheets can be accessed at https://mf.freddiemac.com/lenders/guide/bulletins and via AllRegs.

To be notified of a Bulletin’s publication, sign up for email notifications by subscribing for Multifamily emails. Additionally, you can sign up to receive E-Alerts on AllRegs.

Additionally, Guide additions made within the past year are “color-coded” with green text.  To identify when a recent change was made, hover over the green text and the effective date will appear.  
 

When searching in the Guide keep your search simple and use Guide Glossary terms when applicable. Describe what you need with as few terms as possible. For further guidance, refer to the AllRegs User Guide.

If your company has a paid subscription to AllRegs, you can access the Guide and additional guides and materials such as the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide, Fannie Mae Single-Family Guide and FHA, Treasury, VA, Ginnie Mae and HUD requirements.

The Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide consists of chapters, exhibits, forms, Glossary and Directory. The chapters are categorized as follows: Chs. 1-7: Freddie Mac and Seller/Servicer Relationship, Chs. 8-11: Property, Borrower and Credit Underwriting, Chs. 12-16SBL: Reserved, Chs. 17-28A: Originating Cash and Bond Credit Enhancement Mortgages, Chs. 29- 35: Title, Insurance, Final Delivery, Warehousing and File Retention, Chs. 36-49: Servicing Freddie Mac Loans, Chs. 50-54: Accounting and Reporting, Chs. 55-59: Documentation and Deliveries, and Chs. 60-69: Third-Party Reports.
