System Administrators
As a Freddie Mac system administrator, your role is to grant and terminate users’ access to various systems, as well as to assign and manage rights. Use these applications and materials to help with your management tasks. View the FAM User Guide.

User Verification Required Every Six Months
System Administrators must complete and submit Form 1148, System User Verification and Certification, every six months to certify to Freddie Mac:
- Each user granted access to a software application is a current employee of or a vendor for the lender.
- All user contact information is correct.
An authorized officer must complete and submit Form 1149, System Administrator Verification and Certification, every six months to certify to Freddie Mac:
- Each of the current system administrators is a current employee of or a vendor for the lender.
- Each administrator has appropriate application access and authority. Refer to the forms for specific instructions.

To access the Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide on AllRegs®:
- Contact your system administrators to receive a subscriber ID.
- Go to AllRegs.
- Register by entering your email address.
- Respond to the on-screen prompt requesting your subscriber ID.
Once you have completed this registration process, you will receive an AllRegs password.
