With this Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin, we are announcing a few Guide changes, including:

  • Creating the TAH Conflicts Check – Transaction Parties and Details form 
  • Updating SBL minimum experience requirements for Borrower Principals with Control
  • Updating insurance requirements, including flood insurance requirements for SBL mortgages
  • Updating our Seismic Risk Assessment requirements; third-party consultants should refer to the updated Form 1105 and JSON files here
