With this Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin, we are announcing a few Guide changes, including:

  • Adding fair lending updates related to appraisals and handicap terminology
  • Updating allowed borrower type for SBL mortgages
  • Replacing the preferred equity analysis and the buy-sell analysis with the equity analysis
  • Clarifying our prepayment provisions for supplemental mortgages
