  • Simplifying and clarifying our requirements for the use of material vendors and servicing agents
  • Clarifying requirements for Transfers of Ownership/assumption requests
  • Specifying that seller/servicers must adopt, maintain and administer written policies and procedures for doing business with Freddie Mac
