With this Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin, we are announcing a few Guide changes, including:

  • Updating definitions for Diverse Borrowers
  • Updating TAH Forward Commitment Conversion requirements
  • Updating SBL Borrower Principal with Control requirements
  • Reducing the mandatory delivery date from 30 to 25 days from rate-lock
  • Notifying seller/servicers of recent annual certification updates in MES
