We posted a new Affordability Test, version 5.4, which helps our Optigo® lenders determine the percentage of a property's units that meet FHFA’s mission-driven requirements.

With this version of the tool, we’ve added the ability for Optigo lenders to calculate Seniors Housing affordability.
