We posted a new Affordability Test, version 6.4, that helps our Optigo® lenders determine the percentage of a property's units that meet the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) 2025 mission-driven requirements.

With this version of the tool, we’ve updated rules to align with Appendix A of the FHFA Scorecard. This includes updating market type classifications.
