We posted a new Affordability Test, version 6.3, that helps our Optigo® lenders determine the percentage of a property's units that meet the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s 2024 mission-driven requirements. 

With this version of the tool, we’ve made yearly updates to the High Opportunity and Areas of Concentrated Poverty data.
