On August 24, Fitch Ratings affirmed Freddie Mac Multifamily’s commercial master servicer rating at CMS1- and commercial special servicer rating at CSS2+. In addition, both ratings were assigned a Positive Rating Outlook reflective of proven servicing performance and operational improvements year over year.
