Our Multifamily Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMICs) program provides investors and dealers the opportunity to re-securitize eligible Multifamily structured pass-through certificates and previously issued Multi PCs. The program is designed to help support the liquidity of our securities while offering dealers and investors advantageous REMIC structuring options with the Freddie Mac guarantee.
