We posted a new Affordability Test​, version 6.8, that helps our Optigo® lenders determine the percentage of a property's units that meet the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) 2025 mission-driven requirements.

With this version of the tool, we’ve made yearly updates to the market classifications per FHFA’s Multifamily Cap and Definitions.
