We posted a new Affordability Test, version 6.6, that helps our Optigo® lenders determine the percentage of a property's units that meet the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s 2025 mission-driven requirements.

With this version of the tool, we’ve made yearly updates to the Census Tract Median Income data.

Please note: Use version 6.5 for all deals up to 8 p.m. ET today, after which version 6.6 of the Affordability Test must be used going forward.
