With this Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin, we are announcing a few Guide changes, including: 

  • Updating our requirements for the prevention, detection and reporting of Financial Crimes, Suspicious Activity and Restricted Parties
  • Creating a template that seller/servicers may use to complete the Appraisal Revision Summary
  • Updating our Uniform Commercial Code search and retention policy requirements
  • Updating certain Small Balance Loan requirements
