We posted a new Affordability Test, version 6.1, which helps our Optigo® lenders determine the percentage of a property's units that meet the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) mission-driven requirements. 

With this version of the tool, we’ve updated the Utility Allowance table with new FHFA estimates.
