I’m pleased to share an enhancement to our Securities Pricing page: the launch of our dynamic Multi PC® pricing table. This enhanced tool will showcase cover bids and high level bond and loan level details for new deals on a weekly basis, providing investors more timely and transparent insights into our Multifamily Participation Certificates (PC) and Giant PC issuances.

With a customizable layout and built-in filters, users can quickly tailor the table to focus on the information most relevant to them and evaluate deal details more efficiently.
 
Since its launch, the Multi PC program has grown significantly, offering pass-through certificates, both taxable and non-taxable, that are fully guaranteed by Freddie Mac. Giant PCs further enhance flexibility by enabling eligible Multi PCs and/or Giant PCs to be consolidated into a single security tailored to specific portfolio objectives.

This enhancement reflects our continued commitment to delivering best-in-class Multifamily securities, while improving transparency through timely and accessible information.
