We introduced the Freddie Mac Multifamily Impact Sponsor designation in 2021 to recognize sponsors who are driving meaningful change within the multifamily industry. Over the past few years, we’ve been honored to share the work that Impact Sponsors are doing with all of you. 

The multifamily market has been making great strides and this year’s cohort comprises thought leaders who have been going further to support their properties, residents, and local communities with great results.
