Kevin Palmer and Freddie Mac Multifamily were recognized by Commercial Observer on its Power Finance 2024 list for our achievements supporting market liquidity and stability despite challenging conditions. Specifically, Commercial Observer highlighted our efforts in financing and preserving 423,000 units of low-income and affordable housing during a year when financing volume was down overall.
