In May, we introduced our inaugural Servicer Awards at the Chief Servicing Officer (CSO) meeting in New Orleans. We awarded three deserving Optigo® lenders for their servicing work and collaboration with Freddie Mac's Multifamily Asset Management & Operations (AMO) department.

I want to express my appreciation for each recipient of the 2024 Servicer Award for "Excellence in Collaboration" for their outstanding efforts to uphold our Servicing Standard to help provide stable and safe affordable housing to tenants across the country.

It is an honor to recognize our industry partners in the servicing space and we plan to continue with such distinctions on an annual basis as a benchmark for excellence and collaboration.
