Strong and Steady - and Even Better

We’re always working to raise the bar with our servicing – and recently the industry recognized that effort. Last month Fitch Ratings upgraded our commercial mortgage Master Servicer rating from CMS2+ to CMS1- and Special Servicer rating from CSS2 to CSS2+.

This achievement is possible because of our people, processes and technology – and our partnership with our OptigoSM network.

When we were first named Master Servicer five years ago, we were servicing traditional multifamily assets, with just K- and SB-Deals under our belt. Now we also service specialized properties like Manufactured Housing, Student Housing and Seniors Housing, bringing our securitization portfolio to $28 billion, as of March 2019. On the special servicing side, we’ve gained solid knowledge from our workout experience to match other industry veterans.

As we evolve to handle a wider array of complex transactions to serve our mission, our servicing standard remains at the core of it all. We’ve proved that our framework is strong and steady – but adaptable to the changing multifamily lending environment.

Consistency and transparency are key to our philosophy, and we’ll continue to look out for everyone’s interests while delivering the servicing standard you expect.
