New Guide Bulletin Published

With this Bulletin for the Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide), we are announcing a few changes, including:

• A new requirement for Form 1105, Property Condition Assessment, to support auto-population when uploading to myOptigo. View the user guide to learn more about the steps third-party vendors should follow to meet the requirement
• Changes to several credit and underwriting requirements for SBL mortgages
• Updates to support the transition from LIBOR to SOFR
