  • Track where your loan is from submission to funding
  • Receive notifications when the loan moves from one milestone to another
  • Toggle between the Freddie Mac view and Optigo Lender view for increased transparency into the progress of underwriting document tasks
  • Search myOptigo submitted loans from the pipeline
  • Assign one or multiple Deal Teams to work on each loan
  • View only loans that you are assigned to via Deal Team or loans that are unassigned
  • Upload Conventional and TAH underwriting documents using the bulk upload feature – which sends the documents directly to DMS, so no need to upload twice
